Lone Star Pool & Spa provides pool and spa cleaning services for residential and commercial customers.
All services and prices quoted at Lone Star Pool & Spa are for in-ground pool maintenance and cleaning services. We do not service above-ground pools. We provide services with or without chemicals included, depending upon the service, for pools up to 20,000 gallons, as well as hot tub service, acid washes, and Airbnb cleaning services. Prices for commercial cleaning services can vary based on the precise needs of your business, so please call us to schedule an appointment for more information on commercial pricing.
Full-Service
Our premium service includes weekly chemical treatments for normal maintenance, brushing, netting, and vacuuming as needed, as well as inspections, detailed emails and service reporting, service notes and photo documentation.
We service equipment weekly, including emptying all baskets. There is an additional fee for cartridge filter service. Our routine service schedule includes a monthly equipment inspection for proper operation with regularly-scheduled salt cell cleanings. Unscheduled salt cell service requests are available on an a la carte basis.
We also service all brands of chemical feeders and repair/maintain automation systems and robotic cleaners.
Full-service pricing starts at $150 per month up to 15,000 gallons and includes two free filter cleanings annually.
Hot Tub Service
For our weekly spa service, our technicians adjust and balance your spa’s water chemistry, scrub the waterline, test all functions, remove dirt/debris, and clean the spa cover as needed. Spa repairs vary by manufacturer. Some repairs may need to be referred to the original installer or manufacturer. Fountain maintenance includes maintaining water chemistry, cleaning the fountain area, treating rocks for algae and servicing pump equipment. Available for qualifying systems. It starts at $150 per month.
Acid Wash
An acid wash is a type of cleaning done on a pool that requires heavy-duty cleaning. Our acid wash services start at $750, with pricing subject to increase based on the pool size and the scope of work to be completed. Depending upon the condition of a pool’s plaster, it may not be a candidate for an acid wash.
Chemical Service
Go hands-on without the hassle! Our residential pool chemical service includes all of the features of our full-service maintenance plan without the cleaning services. Chemical cleaning services start at $105 per month and include two free filter cleanings annually.
Airbnb Service
Airbnb pools require constant maintenance to stay clean and gorgeous between bookings. As a company that works with residential and commercial clients, we’re better equipped to handle that maintenance than anyone else. We’re happy to work around your property’s booking schedule to ensure that your rental pool is pristine between bookings.
Our Airbnb cleaning services are similar to our full-service pool cleaning services, but Airbnb cleaning rates are subject to the work required and agreed upon. Please call us for more information.
Repairs & Upgrades
All route customers will receive free diagnostics on equipment issues, except heater and automation system diagnostics.
The labor rate for repairs and upgrades is determined on a case-by-case basis. Some repairs or installations will include a standard install price that includes labor and parts.
We offer discounts on the cost of repair and upgrade items to armed forces members, police, first responders, and teachers; the cost of labor and monthly service rates are excluded. Feel free to contact us with any specific questions about repairs.
